What Was the Ask/Problem?

Colavita faced several challenges in the Indian market:

  • Inconsistent Posting: Sporadic updates leading to a disengaged audience.
  • Uninspiring Messaging: Bland content that failed to capture attention.
  • Lack of Design Cohesion: Inconsistent visuals weakening brand identity.
  • Low Engagement: Limited interaction with followers.
  • Misaligned Audience: The social media presence wasn’t attracting the target demographic.
  • Ineffective Hashtags and Lack of Analytics: Limited discoverability and no data analysis to optimize strategies.

 

What We Analyzed

We conducted a thorough brand audit and identified the following key issues:

  • Inconsistent Brand Voice and Tone: Fluctuating between different tones created confusion.
  • Weak Social Media Presence: Sporadic posting and uninspiring content led to low engagement.
  • Design Disparities: Inconsistent visuals and lack of brand guidelines.
  • Audience Misalignment: The social media audience did not match the target demographic.
  • Performance Metrics: Absence of proper analytics tracking to measure success

 

What Was the Solution We Planned and Executed

We developed and executed a comprehensive strategy involving several services:

  1. Brand Audit and Strategy Development:

  • Brand Voice and Tone: Established clear guidelines for a consistent brand voice and tone to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Target Audience: Defined demographics and interests to tailor content and engagement strategies.

  • High-Quality Visuals: Developed high-quality visuals through professional photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Engaging Content: Created engaging content, including recipes, cooking tips, and stories that showcased Colavita’s versatility and heritage.
  • Consistent Visual Identity: Implemented a warm and earthy color palette, easy-to-read fonts, and branded templates for all posts.

  • Interactive Campaigns: Launched the #UnblendedExcellence campaign, emphasizing Colavita’s commitment to quality. This included short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics.
  • Community Building: Actively responded to comments and messages, fostering interaction and building a strong online community of Colavita enthusiasts.
  1. Website Revamp:

  • Platform Migration: Migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify, creating a smoother, more intuitive user experience.
  • Improved Navigation: Fixed broken links and streamlined navigation, making it easier for users to find and purchase products.
  • Design Overhaul: Revamped the website design to match Colavita’s brand guidelines, incorporating warm, earthy tones and high-quality product images.

  • Ad Assets Creation: Produced vertical video assets and 12 studio-quality product photographs, refreshed every 60 days.
  • Targeted Ads: Launched targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic and conversions, using high-quality visuals and compelling messaging.
  • Analytics Tracking: Utilized advanced analytics tools to track performance metrics and refine strategies based on data insights.

  • Diwali Gifting Campaign: Ideated and designed a special Diwali gifting campaign, creating unique gifting boxes from scratch.
  • Campaign Execution: Promoted the gifting boxes through dedicated campaigns, resulting in
